Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping is currently free for US orders over $100, and we also offer expedited shipping speeds of two-day and overnight shipping for an additional cost. We ship from our USA warehouse to your doorstep. You will automatically receive a tracking number via email once your package leaves our warehouse. 

 

Please note that our US free shipping policy over $100 applies to the contiguous 48 states. Orders placed for delivery to Hawaii or Alaska will carry an additional shipping cost and will be considered final sale. (no exchanges or refunds)

 

Where does NDLG ship?

 

Currently, we ship to the USA and a limited number of international countries. International orders are delivered duty paid and considered final sale (no exchanges or returns). Please enter your address upon check out to see if you are eligible for international shipping. For international orders, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/e-buyer. The consignee authorizes Nour De La Garza to import the goods on his or her behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that Nour De La Garza may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his or her behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods. 

 

When will my order ship? How long will it take for me to receive my purchase? 

Priority orders (2-day, overnight) that are placed before 12PM  CST on weekdays (Monday – Friday), will be shipped next business day. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday, with arrival on Tuesday and Wednesday for overnight and two-day shipping respectively. While we work hard to ensure all orders are delivered in a timely manner, please keep in mind that we provide an estimated delivery date provided by our carriers. On unusual occasions orders may be delivered outside the given time-frame. 

 

How do I return or exchange an item?

 

We offer free returns and exchanges within a 30- day window after you receive your package. If  30 days or more have gone by, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. All international and custom orders are final sale.

 

All return items must be in perfect condition, with tags and unused. Return packages must be sealed securely with tape in order for the refund to be processed. final sales are ineligible for refunds or exchanges.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment through PayPal, credit and debit cards as well as the following providers:  Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club

What is your refund policy?

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will automatically send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days. 

 

What do I do if I have a late or missing refund?
